Structure
I like structure and clarity. Say what you do and do what you say.
The nice thing about structures for me is that they provide a handle to work more conveniently, pleasantly and effectively. This is how you get further, with more fun.
It is also very important for me to always keep in mind what we are really working on.
Working from the intention!
Especially when it comes to routine work, clear instructions and checklists provide support.
Cheerful
But if there is a lot of variation, in complex themes, sometimes other instruments are needed than checklists. Established processes, rules and checklists then become rather disruptive and demotivating.
If people are allowed to think for themselves how they can solve something, space is created.
This invites new and creative thinking.
In these cases it is very refreshing to play with regulations in a cheerful manner.
Enthusiasm is much stronger than enforcement.
Balance
Finding the balance between supporting structures and playful open space for development is an interesting challenge for me.
For example, a comfortable house has a sturdy load-bearing construction.
Within that you can organize your own space freely. That is pleasant living.
Helicopter view
I have a practical approach and work experience in many relevant areas.
The combination with clear and structured thinking means that I can work from a helicopter view.
This helps to find the right balance between paved roads and playful in-between paths.

and the rational mind is a faithful servant.
We've created a society that honours the servant
and has forgotten the gift."
